Senior Software Engineer

Experience required – 4 to 7 years

Location – Bangalore

Job responsibilities

  • Building scalable, reliable and high-performing platforms
  • Managing project priorities, deadlines and deliverables
  • Participating in the entire product lifecycle including analysis, development, fixing and monitoring of issues on the assigned product lines
  • Maintaining high service levels in terms of security, performance, availability and quality
  • Establishing and implementing good development practices to create a top-class, results-oriented engineering culture

Skills and experience required

  • 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in J2EE and related technologies
  • Ability to think in terms of APIs all the time
  • Hands-on experience in object-oriented design and principles
  • Hands-on experience in data structures, algorithms and design patterns
  • Hands-on experience in server side and web architecture
  • Working knowledge in Spring Framework
  • Knowledge in data modeling and hands on experience with at least one RDBMS (MySQL is preferred)
  • Knowledge on any of the scripting languages is desirable as you may need to write scripts
  • Hands-on experience in front end technologies—Javascript, Angular Js, Node Js and HTML
  • Understanding of NoSQL databases

Qualities that will make you successful in this role

  • You can extrapolate requirements from customers and product management and distinguish between what they need vs. what they want
  • You are always on the lookout for adding configurability and extensibility to your design

QA Engineer

Experience required – 2 to 4 years

Location – Bangalore

Job responsibilities

  • Reviewing requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
  • Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Periodically identifying the metrics on how to track the quality of the solutions and consistently improve the testing time for product changes

Skills and experience required

  • 2 to 4 of hands-on product testing experience with complex enterprise solutions covering mobile, web or backend testing
  • Proficiency in manual and automation testing
  • Good knowledge of database testing with basic Linux and scripting knowledge
  • Hands on experience in one or more area of core Java, API/REST web services
  • Selenium/Appium automation with TestNG frameworks
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Testing expertise in financial or banking domain preferably

Solution Consultant

Experience required – 4 to 5 years

Location – Bengaluru

Role Description

The Solution Consultant is responsible for working with Ezetap sales teams to communicate
and demonstrate the unique and critical business value that Ezetap presents to our clients in
achieving their business goals.

The Solution Consultant will work with the enterprise sales account executives to identify
customer business goals and challenges, determine customer requirements, quantify Ezetap
business value and coordinate with the Sales & Engineering team to deliver executive level,
compelling and differentiating presentations/demonstrations.

Ultimately this team is an important part of ensuring our customers and their customers have
an incredible Customer experience.

 

As a Solution Consultant, a typical day might include:

  • Reviewing sales opportunities with account executives to prepare for customer
    engagements including discovery, executive presentations and demonstrations.
  • Collaborating with Ezetap Engineering & Marketing team to help drive compelling customer
    facing messaging and strategy.
  • Meeting with prospective and existing clients to present/communicate our unique value
    proposition to ensure we are achieving expectations and continuing to move forward in the
    sales process.
  • Participating in high profile enterprise sales campaigns to drive decision criteria, capture
    business and operational needs and quantify the business value of Ezetap solutions.

This job might be for you if:

  • You have 6-8 years of experience in a similar role as a solutions consultant selling
    enterprise software.
  • You pride yourself on your ability to leverage your industry knowledge and background,
    communication skills and experience presenting a compelling value proposition to executive
    audiences to drive sales revenue and build raving fan customers references.
  • High energy level and ability to work independently.

Senior Manager - Enterprise & Government Sales

Experience required – 8 to 10 years

Location – Bangalore

We are looking for talented and passionate individuals who will contribute to our sales organization and to the ultimate success of Ezetap’s business goals. We have ambitious goals and you will be challenged to think strategically in order to win new business, grow and deepen client relationships and continue to grow fast.

Job responsibilities

  • Growing revenue by effectively pitching our capabilities to customers and partners
  • Establishing, developing, and maintaining business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for our products/services
  • Developing business plans, long-term objectives, and sales pipeline
  • Maintaining a watching brief on developments within customers organization which may affect future business
  • Coordinating sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and product groups
  • Independently identifying and acquiring new customers, in addition to upselling to existing customer base in close cooperation with our partners or directly
  • Managing sales process in the CRM and sales management system
  • Independently identifying and developing relationships with senior bureaucrats in various government departments directly or in close cooperation with our partners
  • Managing internal and external stakeholders on project delivery
  • Working with multiple bank partners

Skills and experience required

  • 8 years to 10 years of experience in solution selling environment
  • Experience in pitching to the CXOs of mid to large scale enterprises
  • A successful track record of selling solutions that impact the bottom lines of global brands
  • Customer centric approach with prior experience of interfacing with corporate customers
  • Fluency in local languages
  • Sales stint in fin-tech industry is an added advantage

  • Ability to prioritize, organize and manage client relationships fluidly to maximize activity that leads to revenue. To get to the point and close a deal fast (we hate to lose an order)
