Senior Software Engineer

Experience required – 4 to 7 years

Location – Bangalore

Job responsibilities

  • Building scalable, reliable and high-performing platforms
  • Managing project priorities, deadlines and deliverables
  • Participating in the entire product lifecycle including analysis, development, fixing and monitoring of issues on the assigned product lines
  • Maintaining high service levels in terms of security, performance, availability and quality
  • Establishing and implementing good development practices to create a top-class, results-oriented engineering culture

Skills and experience required

  • 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in J2EE and related technologies
  • Ability to think in terms of APIs all the time
  • Hands-on experience in object-oriented design and principles
  • Hands-on experience in data structures, algorithms and design patterns
  • Hands-on experience in server side and web architecture
  • Working knowledge in Spring Framework
  • Knowledge in data modeling and hands on experience with at least one RDBMS (MySQL is preferred)
  • Knowledge on any of the scripting languages is desirable as you may need to write scripts
  • Hands-on experience in front end technologies—Javascript, Angular Js, Node Js and HTML
  • Understanding of NoSQL databases

QA Engineer

Experience required – 2 to 4 years

Location – Bangalore

Job responsibilities

  • Reviewing requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
  • Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Periodically identifying the metrics on how to track the quality of the solutions and consistently improve the testing time for product changes

Skills and experience required

  • 2 to 4 of hands-on product testing experience with complex enterprise solutions covering mobile, web or backend testing
  • Proficiency in manual and automation testing
  • Good knowledge of database testing with basic Linux and scripting knowledge
  • Hands on experience in one or more area of core Java, API/REST web services
  • Selenium/Appium automation with TestNG frameworks
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Testing expertise in financial or banking domain preferably

Product Manager

Experience required – 4 to 6 years

Location – Bangalore

We are looking for talented and passionate product managers who will contribute to the success of Ezetap’s business goals by taking ownership of the product lifecycle. The position will identify market requirements, define the product vision, create preliminary concepts and drive the implementation of the product roadmap. The perfect candidate is a strategic thinker who is extremely analytical and detail-oriented and great at multitasking and prioritization.

Job responsibilities

  • Leveraging the sales and marketing team to understand the market needs
  • Working with business stakeholders to help define the product strategy
  • Leading our internal process to define the product strategy, roadmap and priorities
  • Developing requirement documents and use cases for new product features
  • Working closely with the Design & Development teams to explain requirements of new features and change requests for current features, while satisfying scalability, reliability, performance and costs.
  • Monitoring the status of development projects supporting new features
  • Conducting business-level verification and market testing of new features
  • Being a go-to person and subject matter expert for the product that you are leading
  • Closely managing rollout of all product requirements to market with focus on both quality and time
  • Conducting competitor analysis, market analysis and product analysis

Skills and experience required

  • 4 years to 6 years of work experience with 2+ years in product management. Experience in the payments industry will be an advantage.
  • Proven technical expertise and a problem solver with outstanding skills in discovery techniques and the ability to translate the underlying business needs of requests into actionable items.
  • Customer focused approach and ability to translate business requirement into software requirements

Manager - QA

Experience required – 11 to 14 years

Location – Bangalore

Job responsibilities

  • Delivering high quality and customer driven software products to market that simplify and solve for current customer needs, while building for the future
  • End to end ownership of quality of the deliverable of complex products and features. And practice automation during feature test cycle.
  • Actively working with product development team to assess the testability and automatability of the implementation
  • Assessing the usability of solutions by actively participating in the requirements' analysis and design discussions
  • Defining the process, actively reviewing test plan, test cases, test scripts, test results and quality metrics from QA team
  • Periodically identifying the metrics on how to track the quality of the solutions and consistently improving the testing time for product changes
  • Collaborating with multiple teams across India, driving initiatives and setting the team up for success

Skills and experience required

  • 11 to 14 years of hands-on product testing experience with complex enterprise SaaS solutions
  • Strong people management skills with a proven track record in providing technical leadership, hiring, developing and retaining a high performing QA team
  • Proven ability in delivering and overseeing manual testing, test automation, and tools development
  • Good understanding of enterprise product architecture and good knowledge of Java technology stack
  • Experience with geographically distributed business and development teams in technical leadership role to understand business requirements and to communicate problem impacts
  • Strong QA and automation background with experience in identifying and reviewing test plans, test cases, test results and QA estimation
  • Experience in functional, non functional, RDBMS and NoSQL database testing

  • Developing business plans, long-term objectives, and sales pipeline
  • Maintaining a watching brief on developments within customers organization which may affect future business
  • Coordinating sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and product groups

  • E-Governance and financial inclusion of payment services like:
    • Bill Payment
    • Recharge
    • Remittance
    • Traffic Police
    • Government to Citizen (G2C) initiatives like eGram Panchayat, Bangalore Online, Common Service Centre (CSC), etc.
  • Developing business plans (quarterly/ yearly/ long-term goals), sales pipeline, delivery of presentations and articulating industry-specific value proposition
  • Developing account plans for large opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction goals for long term business relationships independently identifying and acquiring new customers, in addition to up-selling to existing customer base in close cooperation with Ezetap partners or directly
  • Defining and executing strategic approach on designated verticals
