The goal was to provide an enable digital payments for G2C services like utility bills, taxes, death certificate, birth certificate, etc. and many non-G2C consumer services like recharging prepaid mobile, paying post-paid mobile bills, and more. And with time, more services with digital payments were to be added

Providing Digital Payments for Citizens


The Ezetap-Rajcomp partnership has been providing digital payments for citizens via two touch points:
a) Kiosks b) Tablets

The kiosks have been deployed state-wide with the help of system integrators, who have also integrated the Ezetap platform into the kiosk systems. These are called the e-Mitra Plus kiosks.

Secondly, several general stores and retail shops have been provided with tablets powered by Ezetap’s software. The software has been helping the retailer to manage inventory and billing, while also serving as a primary engine for KYC related requirements and G2C services. As a result, these stores have doubled up as e-Mitra agents.

Ezetap’s universal payment solution for Rajcomp was deployed via 20,000 self-service kiosks and assisted service points at retail shops. Ezetap’s superior payments platform was seamlessly integrated into all these touch points.

Ezetap’s unique ability to work with any hardware vendor bidding for the contract (be it Windows, Linux or Android-based O/S) was backed by the platform’s powerful integration capabilities. All technical requirements in both manned and unmanned service touchpoints are also being supported by the platform
